Il est extrêmement rare de trouver une figure humaine sur un vieux bouclier des Highlands de l’ouest. La figure au contour rehaussé de blanc, et détouré de pointillés, est peinte en rouge, couleur qui sur les boucliers peut communiquer la victoire et la vengeance. It is extremely rare to find a human figure on an old shield in the Western Highlands. The figure, with its outline enhanced in white and cut out with dotted lines, is painted in red, a color that on shields can communicate victory and revenge.
