Province de Madang Provenance : - Collection privée, Canada Ce petit bouclier, léger, permettait au guerrier d’utiliser avec facilité son arc tout en le protégeant de flèches ennemies. Peu de bouclier de ce type, en forme de cœur, sont conservés dans les collections publiques ou privées.
